Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.

RETURN SHIPPING

Flat rate: €5 per return within the EU.
Customers are responsible for this cost, which will be deducted from the refund.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@voghaus.com.

EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, original packaging).
